Hi, I’m Harry Parsons.

My interest in radio began at Hermitage FM, where I presented a weekly sports show. It was an experience I look back on fondly, as it sparked my passion for broadcasting.

These days, I enjoy sharing a mix of music, with plenty of 70s and 80s favourites. Those songs have been part of my life since childhood, thanks to my parents playing them around the house.

Football is another big part of my life. My grandad took me to my first Coalville Town match, which started my love of non league football. I’m also a lifelong Leicester City supporter.

When I’m not following football or choosing music, I enjoy making short films with friends for YouTube. It is another creative outlet and a chance to turn an idea into something other people can enjoy.

I’m pleased to be part of CPR, a community project that gives local people a voice and opens up opportunities in media, whether as a career or simply a hobby.
