Hi, I’m Colin Holmes.

Music has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Growing up, the sound of my mum’s piano often filled our home, and music quickly became part of everyday life.

Over the years, my tastes have grown to include everything from rock to jazz, but soul music will always be my first love. I enjoy sharing the records that have stayed with me and discovering music that might be new to you.

When I’m not listening to music, you’ll probably find me working on classic cars and bikes. There is something very rewarding about restoring an old machine and bringing it back to life.

I’m also a keen NASCAR fan, and when it comes to ice hockey, I’ll always be cheering for the New York Rangers.

Whether I’m choosing music, working in the garage or following motorsport, I’m always enjoying the things that keep my passions alive.

Join me on CPR for soul favourites, great music and a little conversation along the way.
