Hi, I’m Emz.

I’m new to radio presenting, but being behind the microphone has been a dream of mine since I was a teenager. I was inspired by the local voices on Radio Trent, a station I loved listening to and still remember fondly.

Music and entertainment have always been part of my life. Growing up, my mum filled the house with easy listening favourites from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. Entertainment also runs in my extended family, with several relatives having performed on stage and television.

For me, it was the dancefloor that called. I enjoyed ballroom, Latin and freestyle dancing, while developing a soft spot for chart favourites from the 70s and 80s, as well as a good boyband chorus.

Away from the microphone, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’m a proud mum, a wife to fellow CPR presenter Kenny and a lifelong Nottingham Forest supporter through the good seasons and the difficult ones.

Joining CPR has been a leap into something new and exciting, and I’m loving every second of it. Whether I’m sharing a favourite throwback or something more modern, I’m here to bring good music, energy and a bit of company to your day.
