Hi, I’m Rob, and I present Solid Gold Sunday on CPR from 2 till 4.

I’ve been broadcasting for almost ten years, spending eight and a half of those with Hermitage FM before joining CPR. I completed my first year here in December 2025 and I’m still enjoying every minute behind the mic.

My show brings you an eclectic mix of music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, picking up the baton straight after the legendary Cliff King. Expect well-known favourites, a few surprises, and plenty of feel-good tracks along the way.

Each week I also feature TF1, where I play three songs from one artist and take a closer listen to their music. It’s a simple idea, but always a good one.
